Back in 1973 Carles Riart, a real cult figure in the field of furniture design, made one of the very first post modern chairs and called it Silla Desnuda (Naked Chair).To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Architect Silvia García Camps invited seven contemporary designers to dress the chair from a contemporary perspective.
We were selected to take part in the project alongside with Bet Callieri, Camisas Manolo, Gabriel for Sach, Georgiela Studio, Rosa Tharrats and Rubearth. And the chairs were exhibited in three consecutive exhibitions at Nave Seis, Il.lacions gallery and the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona, between the spring and fall of 2023.
