SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY



Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: Delivered in 1–2 business days.

European Union: Delivered in 3–5 business days.

Carrier: All shipments are handled by DHL, ensuring reliable and traceable delivery.

Additional information: Orders are processed promptly and shipped from our workshop in Barcelona.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Last shipping days of the year: December 22, 23, 29, and 30.


You have up to 14 days from receiving your shipment to return items purchased on bastidaforwork.com.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (beyond trying it on), it will be rejected. Please handle your products with care.

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that have been personalized with embroidery, screen-printing, or other techniques.


Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN LABEL FEE: €5 for Spain, €12 for EU countries.

Customers are also free to use the shipping method of their choice. In this case, Bastida for Work will not be responsible for any shipping issues. It is required to inform us via the customer service email.

It is very important that the package is delivered directly to our studio and not to a pick-up point.


STEPS

1. A return form is included in your parcel. Fill in the return form with the items you wish to return, and the code that best explains your reason for returning.

2. Contact Customer Service for assistance. They will provide you with a shipping label and a return form if you have misplaced yours.

3. Place the return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, such as the one you received from us.

4. Package your return securely (using the original packaging, if possible) and ensure the completed return form is included.

5. Attach your prepaid label to the parcel and drop it off at a DHL Parcel Shop of your choice.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received.

We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will automatically receive a refund receipt via email.

The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within up to 10 business days.
