3.Customised Uniform: Adapt existing Bastida designs in terms of colours, fabrics, fits and selected details.
4. Bespoke Garments & Products: Fully exclusive garments or textile products developed from scratch, including creative concept and design, product development and production.
Yes. Bastida garments are designed both for everyday use by individuals and for dressing professional teams and businesses.
Yes. Our Permanent Collection is available to purchase directly through our online shop.
Yes. There is no minimum order for products available through our online shop.
Yes. We can personalise our garments with a name, logo, illustration or quote through embroidery, screen printing or digital printing. The recommended technique depends on the garment, artwork and quantity.
Yes. You can select the available embroidery option and size on the product page and add it to your cart. After placing your order, please send your name or logo to [email protected]. A 45 EUR embroidery program fee applies where applicable.
For embroidery, we recommend sending your logo as a high-quality PDF or JPG. If another format is required, we will let you know.
Yes. Our Customization service allows you to adapt colours, fabrics, fits and selected details of existing Bastida designs. Some modifications may require review by our Design team.
Yes. Through our Bespoke service, we develop fully exclusive garments or textile products from scratch, adapted to each brand’s identity and needs.
Yes. Our team can handle the technical development of the product and manage its production based on your design.
The minimum order quantity may vary depending on the type of product you select.
• Permanent Collection / online shop: no minimum, from 1 unit.
• Personalised Uniform: no minimum; the recommended technique may vary depending on quantity.
• Customised Uniform: 16 units for one-size garments such as aprons, and 50 units for multi-size garments.
• Bespoke design: from 50 units.
Our products are ready to ship. Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 1–2 business days. European Union: 3–5 business days. Shipments are handled by DHL and tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
Personalisation takes approximately 2 weeks, excluding shipping time. The timeline may vary depending on the country, technique and quantity.
Our Customised garment has an approximate lead time of 8–10 weeks. The final timeline may vary depending on the project and material availability.
Bespoke design projects have a lead time of 4 months or more, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
We ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We also ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipments to the United Kingdom and other countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. You will receive tracking information via email from DHL, once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are processed from our warehouse in Barcelona. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm require 1 business day for preparation and dispatch. We do not ship orders over the weekend.
You can view the prices of all our products with or without VAT. For intra-EU or international purchases, if you enter a valid VAT number registered in the VIES system, VAT will be automatically removed during the checkout process.
Yes. Our website applies quantity discounts. You can find the discount table on each product page.
Pricing depends on the garments, quantities, materials, level of customisation and project complexity. For Bespoke projects, the creative concept, design and product development service carries a separate fee from the production cost.
For quotes on products from our collection, simply add the items to your online cart. Prices will automatically adjust according to the quantities selected, and you will be able to see the total order amount.
